I recently watched the Ric Elias TED talk. Ric was a passenger on the plane that crash landed in the Hudson River where everyone walked away. In the seconds between the captain announcing “Embrace for impact” and the plane hitting the water, Ric learned 3 things about life.
All those experiences you wanted in life and never had. Those things you kept on putting postponing to a later date. There may not be a later date.
He has tried to eliminate all the negative energy from his life. Don’t try to be right all the time, try to be happy instead.
I watched video and thought ‘why wait for a near death experience to decide to do these things?’.
Life is for living and we get one shot at it. Spend most of your time doing the things that you love.
